At Asia, your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of beauty and cosmetic products, we maintain strict return and exchange policies to ensure the safety and hygiene of our items.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Opened or used beauty products cannot be returned or exchanged for health and hygiene reasons.
• Returns or exchanges are only accepted if:
  • The item arrived damaged or defective.
  • You received the wrong item.

Timeframe:

• You must report any issue within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Conditions for Return or Exchange:

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
• If the issue was not caused by Asia, shipping fees will be the customer’s responsibility.
